Returns and Refunds
- A $25 non refundable processing fee will apply to business cheque orders cancelled after receipt of a proof, for personal cheque orders a $10 fee will apply, this fee can be refunded in the event the order is placed again.
- No returns on imprinted cheques.
- Customer is responsible to review order and check for accuracy of information to be printed on cheques including bank account number.
- Cheques Plus is not responsible for any wrong information entered by customer or any bank charges incurred by customer for inaccurate information.
- Customer will be responsible for any additional reprint fees charged by Cheques Plus.
- We do not assume liability for any nondeliveries due to wrong address entered by customer, an address correction FEE of $15 will be charged to the customer
- Orders must be returned in their original condition; Blank cheque paper and envelopes must be returned with no markings or other damage. A 15% Restocking fee applies to all returned blank cheque orders & Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
- The shipping fee paid by the customer at the time of purchase will not be refunded, unless there is an issue due to our error or if the order arrived damaged.
- Your refund will be given using the same method as original payment. (If credit card has been used, you must include the last four digits of your card number as well as the expiration date.)
- Before returning your merchandise, please notify one of our customer service representatives.
- Any claims for misprint, check alignment or any other issue must be made within 30 days of receipt of order, claims made after this period will not be honored.
We use a variety of shipping carriers to deliver your order, including Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, and Canpar. We determine which carrier to use for your order based on the type, quantity and other factors.
Once your business order ships, we’ll send you a shipment confirmation email that includes the shipment method used and the tracking number. You can also find the tracking details on your order history page.

Check the shipping times first, we are proud to fulfill 99% of our orders within the allotted time period. but sometimes packages may be delayed due to weather issues and other issues with the courier. You can view your tracking information on your Order History page under My Account. If you don't receive the item on estimated time please contact us at any time and we’ll be glad to assist.
Right now we only ship within Canada, but we’re looking into options how we can ship to other countries.
